This beautiful villa in Peyia offers luxury accommodation and exceptional value for money and is ideally located providing spectacular views and is close to the beach, restaurants and bars as well as local shops.

Lounge

The fully air-conditioned spacious accommodation sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises of a large lounge with two three-seater leather sofas. The lounge is fitted with the latest entertainment systems and includes a plasma TV, DVD player and satellite TV. There is also a high quality sound system and CD player as well a wireless broadband internet.

The lounge benefits from a integrated dining area which is perfect for entertaining and features a 6 seater table with matching chairs as well as linen and mats.

Kitchen

The modern designer kitchen with granite work surface and ceramic tiles is fitted with all the latest high quality appliances and includes an oven and hob with extractor, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine - As you would expect all crockery, cutlery and cooking implements are included.

Terrace

The spacious terrace has stunning mountain and coastal views over the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. It is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and listening to the sea lapping over the edge of the infinity pool. It has a large patio table with matching chairs and we have included a BBQ so that you can take advantage of al fresco cooking and dining.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each of the three bedrooms sleeps two people and includes fully fitted wardrobes, drawers, mirror, side tables and lamps. The two front bedrooms both have spectacular sea and mountain views as well as their own balconies. The master bedroom also has an en suite while the twin room at the back has mountain views. All bed linen is provided as are fluffy white towels.

Parking

The villa has its own car port with space for one car. There is also plenty of space for parking on the quiet streets outside.

House Keeping (optional)

We provide an additional maid service with the villa. The maid will clean the apartment and change the bed linen and towels once per week if rquired. The charge for this is £47.00

Transfers

We can arrange for a air conditioned taxi to collect you from the airport if you require. Please note that these are additionally charged at £25.00 each way (subject to availability)
