Changeover day

Changeover days can be flexible. Check in time is 15.00 and check out time is 11.00.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:

  • Master bedroom - kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror, en-suite, air conditioning, balcony with sea and mountain views.
  • Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, balcony with sea and mountain views.
  • Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and mountain views.

Family bathroom with shower over bath, wc, hand basin, storage and mirror

Spacious en-suite bathroom to master bedroom with shower, wc and hand basin.

Ground floor wc and hand basin.

Kitchen:

Open plan kitchen with granite worktops featuring oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all utensils.

Living Rooms:

The ground floor has a light and airy spacious open plan lounge with dining area. It consists of two high quality 3 seater leather sofas, air conditioning, Sky TV, Plasma TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. There is a cofee table and lamps as well a stunning views through the 4 patio windows. The dining table comfotably seats six people.

Other:

Meet and greet service available when you arrive as well as transfer service. We can also provide a welcome food and drink pack consiting of local produce and essential items.

A cot can be provided on request at an extra cost. No pets please. Hair dryers are provided. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NO SMOKING VILLA

Accessibility

There are steps from the pavement upto the villa. The road outside slopes down to Peyia village. For most people the walk takes around 5 minutes - we would not recommend the walk for people with walking disability.

Outside

From the lounge there are 4 large patio windows overlooking the cool private swimming pool with steps. Children should always be supervised around the pool area. (There is a pool safety fence in fron of the pool)

The terrace around the pool includes 6 sunbeds and a patio table with chairs. The terrace also includes a BBQ. 

Please note that glasses are not allowed near or in the pool. Please use the plastic ones provided.

Coast and Beach

The beach at Coral Bay is just 5 minutes away by car. Paphos is 15 minutes by car.

Golf

There are three excellent golf courses near the holiday villa at Aphrodite Hills Golf Course, Tsada Golf Club in the Paphos area and Secret Valley Golf Club in the Paphos area.

Skiing

The Troodos mountains are around an hour away by car and provide skiing in the winter months of December, January and February. Cyprus is one of the few countries where you can ski in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon.

Travel

Paphos International Airport is approximately 30 min away by car and Larnaca Airport is approximately 2 hours away.

Car hire is highly recommended especially if you want to see the island and its beauty.
